CURRENT BANK BALANCE: A total of $1926.23 was the closing balance in the checking account of the DEC in the Wachovia Bank as of Tuesday April 21, 2009; on Thursday August 27, 2009 the closing balance was $ 1470.46.

CAMPAIGN FINANCIAL REPORTS BY THE DEC: Detailed reporting of contributed funds and expenditures is made periodically to the Walton County Supervisor of Elections. A timely Financial Report was filed on time. The next Quarterly report is due October 12, 2009 The annual audit required by statute is not due until April 10^th, 2010.

 

PETTY CASH FUND: The current balance in the Fund is $0.00. DEC members are asked to obtain receipts for any funds they expend and to convey such receipts to the Treasurer for reimbursement.
